Namely a small, old second hand pc, a small cheap plastic box to conain said pc, a lot (50m) of exterior grade cable and a socket to it on the end of the cable, a drill to drill through the wall of the box (you would not believe how hard that was!) plus of course endless wirestrippers, pliers, screwdrivers and naturally...
