Canvey Island, South Essex, has a tough reputation, but it is also a very rich environment with the highest level of biodiversity recorded in the UK. Filcris were contracted by Halcrow to provide interpretation boards which could communicate this richness while being able to withstand everything this tough location (and some of its wildlife...) would throw at it. The result were A0 sized interpretation boards with a reinforced heavy duty substructure, stainless steel security fixings throughout and a vandal resistant GRP panel.
